The Truth in Lending Act (TILA) requires lenders to provide borrowers with written disclosures about important terms of credit before they are legally bound to pay the loan. You can view the TILA disclosure under the Loan Summary section of your dashboard.

The TILA disclosure for your account will detail the total of the payments that you will have made by the end of the loan, including repayment of the principal amount plus all finance charges.
