Overview
If you've installed the Upstart mobile app on your iPhone, you may receive push notifications related to your account, application status, or general reminders. This article explains how to enable, disable, or customize push notifications using either the app or your iPhone settings.
📌 Note: The Upstart app is currently available for iOS only. Android support may be added in the future.
What Are Push Notifications?
Push notifications are alerts sent by the Upstart app to your device’s home screen or notification center. These may include:
- Reminders to complete your loan application
- Payment confirmations
- General account alerts
📌 Important: Push notifications are supplemental and separate from SMS messages, emails, and required servicing communications. Required servicing communications, such as statutory notices, will continue to be sent via your preferred communication channel.
Disabling push notifications will not stop required messages delivered via other channels.
