Terms and Conditions – The terms govern your use of the Upstart website, request loan offers from Upstart and/or financial institutions and licensed lenders we have partnered with, and apply for and, if approved, obtain a loan from a Creditor who provides you with an offer.
Privacy Policy – How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Electronic Communications Policy – What to expect when receiving digital communications about your loan.
Credit Report and Information Verification Consent – How we verify your information and check your credit.
How to Accept Your Loan
Once you’re ready, complete these quick steps to finalize your loan:
Review and sign the Truth in Lending Disclosure.
Review and sign the Promissory Note & Membership Agreement Form(s).
