How can I contact Upstart?

Upstart partners with multiple banks and credit unions to provide personal, auto, and other types of loans. Some loans are serviced by Upstart on behalf of the lender, while others are serviced directly by the lending partner.  

💡 NoteIf your loan is serviced by a lending partner, you will be provided with a link to log into their servicing portal at the end of the loan funding process.

During the application period, you can reach Upstart for general support by:

  • Calling us at 650-204-1000 (local) or 1-855-438-8778 (toll-free) M-F 6am-5pm PST. Weekends 9am-5pm PST.

  • Sending us an email at support@upstart.com.

After your loan has been funded, you can reach servicing support by:

  • Logging into your Upstart My Account and navigating to the contact information at the bottom of your loan summary.

  • Logging into your lending partner servicing account to view the contact information for your lender.

If you don't have a servicing account or can't login, reach out to us by:

  • Calling us at 1-855-451-6753 M-F 5am-6pm PST. Weekends 7am-3:30pm PST.

  • Sending us an email at servicing@upstart.com
