If your account is already set up for automatic payments, you will be able to see all upcoming payments on your dashboard under scheduled payments. Individual auto-payments cannot be changed or canceled, and must be turned off in bulk. You can, however, still schedule, change, or cancel one-time payments.
Turn off AutoPay
If you'd prefer to turn off automatic payments, click on "Scheduled Payments", then select "Turn off AutoPay". Make sure to save your changes. Please allow at least 2 business days for the change to take effect. Turning off AutoPay within 2 business days of an upcoming automatic payment may not cancel that payment. Any scheduled one-time payments will not be affected.
Update AutoPay
If you'd like to update the day, amount, or bank account for your AutoPay, select "Scheduled Payments," then select "Edit AutoPay." Here you can select the payment bank account, payment day, and AutoPay amount. Then save your changes.
Please allow at least 2 business days for the change to take effect. Updating AutoPay within 2 business days of an upcoming automatic payment may not change that payment.
Turn on AutoPay
If AutoPay is disabled for your account, you can re-enable it at any time.
To re-enable AutoPay, click "Scheduled Payments," then "Add AutoPay." Here you can add the payment bank account, payment day, and AutoPay amount. Then save your changes.
