We have multiple ways to make your monthly payments. You can make AutoPay ACH payments, manual ACH payments, and payments by check. You can log in to make a payment here.
AutoPay ACH Payments:
You can set this type of payment to occur automatically on the same date every month. This is our most popular payment method as it allows you to set it and forget it, so that you can spend your valuable time on more important things.
Manual ACH Payments:
This type of payment method allows you to pay by ACH debit from your bank of choice but is made manually by you each month by scheduling a One-Time Payment. You would need sign into your account each month and schedule your payment on your own. If you would like to make manual ACH payments each month please notify us at servicing@upstart.com.
Check Payments:
We also accept payments by check. Check payments are applied on the date they are received and not the date they are sent. It's important to note that many days can pass between the time the check is placed in the mail and when it is received and applied to your account. We recommend allowing 7-10 days for checks to be mailed and processed.

One-Time Payments:
You can also make additional One-Time Payments by ACH at any time no matter what your regular form of payment is. All that is required is a verified bank account on file.
