Overview
We make every effort to be as flexible as possible regarding your payment schedule. Some customers may be eligible to change their due date by logging into their Dashboard and navigating to the “Due Date Settings” section. If eligible, you will be able to pick a new payment date within your grace period.
💡Please note that we are unable to offer due date changes for relief loans.
How Your Due Date Works
✔ Your loan due date is assigned at origination and remains the same each month.
✔ Payments must be received by the due date to avoid late fees and potential credit impact.
✔ If you move your due date, you will still have a 15-day grace period following the newly selected due date. A late fee will be assessed on the 16th day past due. The same grace period rules apply to the new due date.
Eligibility to Move Your Due Date
To qualify for a due date adjustment, you must meet the following criteria:
✔ Your loan must be current (not past due).
✔ You must have made at least one payment on your loan.
✔ The request must be made at least 2 business days before your current due date.
✔ You must have more than 2 payment periods remaining on your loan.
✔ Your loan term must be 3 or 5 years.
✔ You must not have already made a payment for the current period OR have a scheduled payment within the next 3 business days.
✔ Your loan must not be in active forbearance, settlement, repossession, active bankruptcy, or a reduced payment period due to modification.
How to Change Your Due Date
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you can request a due date change by logging into My Account and navigating to the Due Date Settings section. If you are eligible, you will see an option to pick a new date within your grace period. If you need assistance, you can also contact our customer support team.
Payment Options
✔ AutoPay – Enroll in automatic payments for worry-free, on-time payments.
✔ One-Time Payments – Schedule or manually make payments through My Account.
✔ Twice-Monthly Payments – If eligible, you may be able to split your monthly payment into two smaller payments.
