Do one-time payments replace scheduled AutoPay? (No, here’s why)

Overview

No, creating a one-time payment will not replace or cancel your scheduled AutoPay payments. If you make an additional payment, your next AutoPay transaction will still process as usual.

How AutoPay and One-Time Payments Work Together

✔ One-time payments are applied toward your balance but do not change future scheduled payments.
✔ AutoPay payments will continue to process on the scheduled due date unless manually canceled.
✔ Check Your Dashboard – Always review upcoming payments in My Account to ensure your payment schedule is correct.

How to Manage Your Payments

  • If you want to adjust AutoPay settings, log into My Account and navigate to your Scheduled Payments section.  Click on “Edit AutoPay” to update your settings.
  • To avoid duplicate payments, ensure that you review your upcoming payment schedule before making a one-time payment.
