Overview
As part of the application process, we may need to verify your educational background, including your completed degree or current enrollment status. Providing accurate education information helps ensure a smooth verification process.
You should submit a diploma and/or transcript with your application, depending on whether or not you are still enrolled in the program or have already graduated.
Note: Education verification is not included in Auto Refinance or Auto Finance Loans.
Diploma Requirements
A diploma must show all of the following information in order to be considered acceptable:
✔ Your full name
✔ Your school’s name
✔ Your degree program
✔ The date it was awarded
✔ Your school’s seal and signatures
📌Tip: Avoid submitting a photo of your diploma in a protective frame where glare on the glass obscures any of the required information.
Transcript Requirements
For a transcript to be accepted, it must clearly show the following details:
✔ Your full name
✔ Your school’s name
✔ Your graduation year
✔ Your major or field of study (if applicable)
✔ Your GPA (if available)
You can obtain a copy of your transcript from one of the following sources:
School’s Online Portal – Many institutions allow students and alumni to access and download official or unofficial transcripts directly through their student portal.
Physical Copy – If you have a printed transcript from graduation, you can scan or take a clear photo of the document for submission.
Registrar’s Office – You can request an official transcript from your school’s registrar. Most schools offer electronic or mailed copies upon request.
