Absolutely. You can request for your preferred payment preference to be changed to manual ACH or check payments at anytime. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 650-204-1000 to make this request.
If you have an automatic payment coming up and would like to have it cancelled, please contact us at least two business days in advance to cancel your payment. Or you can cancel a payment through your Upstart dashboard by selecting "Cancel" next to a payment listed under scheduled payments. Note that you cannot make same day cancellations from your dashboard.
